Ingredients
- Season Yellowfin Tuna Fillets in Spring Water, drained
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- ½ cup sliced green onion
- 1 cup sliced English cucumber
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup edamame
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 cups hot cooked jasmine rice (or rice of your choice)
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, make the dressing by mixing rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, and minced ginger. Reserve.
- Fill 2 bowls with hot rice. Then arrange tuna, red cabbage, green onion, cucumber, carrot, and edamame. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
Notes: You can use pre-cooked rice of your choice. You can also use black or white sesame seeds or a mixture of both.
