Yellowfin Tuna & Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • Season Yellowfin Tuna Fillets in Spring Water, drained
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • ½ cup sliced green onion
  • 1 cup sliced English cucumber
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 2 cups hot cooked jasmine rice (or rice of your choice)
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a bowl, make the dressing by mixing rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, and minced ginger. Reserve.
  • Fill 2 bowls with hot rice. Then arrange tuna, red cabbage, green onion, cucumber, carrot, and edamame. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Notes: You can use pre-cooked rice of your choice. You can also use black or white sesame seeds or a mixture of both.
