Maple Walnut Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup avocado oil
  • 1 piece Skinless/Boneless Sardine in Water – No Salt added
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cups pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp shallot, minced
  • 3 gloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
  • Kosher Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender except oil
  2. Slowly add avocado oil until emulsified, about 1 minute
  3. Store in fridge until ready to serve
