Salmon Texas Caviar

Ingredients

  • 1 7.5 oz. can Season Brand Blueback Red Salmon
  • 1 can no-added salt black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 large tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1 green pepper, finely diced
  • ΒΌ cup green onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider or red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • salt to taste, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve. Tastes best when it has a couple of hours to marinate.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.
