Citrus Sardine Tapas
- 2 3.75 oz packages SEASON® Sardines in Lemon Pepper Sauce, drained
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 3oz. jar pitted green olives, drained and chopped
- 1 orange, peeled chopped
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1/4 inch-thick slices and toasted
- Roughly chop the sardines and place in a small bowl.
- Add parsley, mayonnaise, green olives, and orange pieces; mix well.
- Top bread slices with a spoonful of anchovy mixture.
