Citrus Sardine Tapas


  • 2 3.75 oz packages SEASONĀ® Sardines in Lemon Pepper Sauce, drained
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 3oz. jar pitted green olives, drained and chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled chopped
  • 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1/4 inch-thick slices and toasted


  1. Roughly chop the sardines and place in a small bowl.
  2. Add parsley, mayonnaise, green olives, and orange pieces; mix well.
  3. Top bread slices with a spoonful of anchovy mixture.
